Challenge

In the realm of design agencies, competition thrives. In its early days, Spark embarked on a mission to forge bonds with software developers, aiming to expand its technical offerings and breathe life into its interactive designs. However, the journey to find skilled, dependable, and budget-friendly developers had its share of hurdles. Many contractors touted their versatility, yet lacked mastery in any particular skill. Communication was inconsistent, and the fundamental stumbling block was their inability to grasp and translate Spark's overarching design vision into tangible front-end code.


Solution

When the pandemic struck, Spark's partnership with S&F faced an actual trial. Vyaire Medical, a ventilator-making client, urgently needed a COVID-19 responsive website from scratch. In a remarkable show of teamwork, Spark and the S&F crew rallied to accomplish six months' worth of work in just under eight weeks. Despite obstacles, from a crucial engineer stranded in Thailand to a rival design company eyeing the project, both teams pushed forward, swiftly crafting a microsite complete with a podcast feature. This microsite became a vital resource, offering essential information during the crisis.
