Designed an accessibility-first web and mobile experience, shaped by deep user research. Built a modular TypeScript platform with resilient multi-database support and serverless AWS workflows to power critical property-management and emergency operations.
Results
Reduced software complexity and costs significantly (6 times cheaper than alternatives), achieved active usage by 300-400 customers, established an effective ecosystem for disaster preparedness education, and positioned for ongoing improvements and technological updates.
